Pushkar Fair, Rajasthan

World famous Pushkar fair has begun  in Rajasthan. Eight day long fair has started with flag hoisting.
Thousands of tourists will attend the event and various cultural events would be organized during the fair.
According to Indian calendar the Pushkar fair takes place in the month of kartik, beginning on the 8th day of lunar calendar and continues till full moon.
Rajasthani dance, camel race, camel dance and Mandna competition would be the main attractions of pushkar fair.
